My goals have improved in the year .
The goals I''m impoving are not calling out in class, not getting on the left hand board, and sitting next to people who don't distract me.
I think Dave knows I can improve these goals and I know I can.

They are great goals Omar, and I think if you can make progress on them you will have a very good term - we all will!
